 flexible and willing to participate in all tasks that make our farm function 

available Mid March through June *longer season can be arranged. For example, this position may be combined with our farmstand or kitchen positions to beginning mid-June through October, thus extending greenhouse seasonal work.

COMPENSATION/BENEFITS: Kitchen positions are paid hourly and employees can be part or full time. Compensation is commensurate with experience and time commitment. The wage range for this position is $15-20/hour. Kitchen crew is also offered free Edgewater Farm produce, a free Edgewater Farm tshirt and discounts on all bought in farmstand items. Kitchen crew is more than welcome to visit the fields to harvest for themselves!
